OPSS issues Stop Notices to CVS Energy Ltd
The OPSS has issued two Stop Notices (dated 21st October 2024) to CVS Energy Ltd t/a Clearview Stoves.
The first of these Notices, served under Regulation 13(b) and Schedule 5, para 13(1)(a) of the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 states that the manufacturer has breached Regulation 14(1) of Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 by failing “to make all relevant technical information and documentation including Declarations of Conformity for the above products, available for inspection by OPSS. Furthermore the manufacturer failed to take action or respond to the previously served Compliance Notice.”
